标记点、备注、附件图片、图层和界面外观偏好默认存储在你的设备本地。

Pins, notes, attached images, layers, and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device.

定位权限只会在你主动点击“回到当前位置”或明确开启足迹模式时请求。

Location is requested only when you tap the current-location button or explicitly start Footprint mode.

如果你开启足迹模式并授权“始终允许”，BetterMapIt 可以在后台持续记录轨迹，直到你主动停止。

If you start Footprint mode and grant Always Location, BetterMapIt can continue recording your trail in the background until you stop it.

我们不会上传、出售或转让你的定位数据。

We do not upload or sell your location data.

相册访问仅用于你主动选择图片作为标记附件，或导入截图进行识别。

Photo access is used only when you choose an image to attach to a pin or import a screenshot for recognition.

麦克风和语音识别仅在你主动点击语音输入时使用，用于把口述内容转成搜索文字。

Microphone and speech recognition are used only when you tap voice input to turn spoken words into search text.

转写完成后，BetterMapIt 不会保留录音。

BetterMapIt does not keep audio recordings after transcription finishes.

AI 搜索是可选能力，根据你的配置方式分为两种。

AI search is optional and works in one of two ways, depending on how you set it up.

(a) 自带服务商（BYOK）：当你填入自己的 API Key 时，你输入的文字、粘贴的文章内容，或图片识别出的文字，会由你的设备直接发送给你选择的服务商。BetterMapIt 不中转、不保存、不分析这些请求，API Key 安全保存在设备本地。

(a) Your own provider (BYOK): when you enter your own API key, the text you type, article content you paste, or text recognized from an image is sent directly from your device to the provider you chose. BetterMapIt does not relay, store, or inspect these requests, and your API key is stored securely on-device.

(b) 内置体验额度（兑换码）：若你使用内置体验额度而非自带 Key，请求会经由开发者运营的网关（部署在 Cloudflare）转发给模型服务商。该网关仅用于转发请求、以及按设备统计用量以防止滥用，不作其他用途；你的搜索内容不会被留存分析，除完成本次请求所必需的模型服务商外，不会共享给任何第三方。

(b) Built-in trial quota (redeem code): if you use the built-in trial quota instead of your own key, requests are forwarded through a gateway operated by the developer (hosted on Cloudflare) to a model provider. This gateway exists only to forward the request and to count usage per device for abuse prevention; it is not used for any other purpose, your search content is not retained for analysis, and nothing is shared with third parties beyond the model provider needed to answer the request.

使用「体验额度」兑换或校验额度时，App 会上传设备标识 identifierForVendor 至我方网关，仅用于“一码一设备”绑定与防滥用；该标识不关联你的身份、不用于跨 App 跟踪。

When you redeem a code or when the trial quota is verified, the app uploads the device identifier identifierForVendor to our gateway, solely to bind one code to one device and prevent abuse. This identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps.

如果你使用系统分享扩展，BetterMapIt 只会读取你明确分享过来的内容，以便在地图工作区继续处理。

If you use the Share Extension, BetterMapIt temporarily reads the content you explicitly share from another app so it can continue the flow inside your map workspace.

当你粘贴链接时，BetterMapIt 会匿名抓取该链接指向的公开网页，提取其正文用于识别。该请求不附带任何可识别你身份的信息。

When you paste a link, BetterMapIt anonymously fetches the public web page at that link to extract its text for recognition. No information identifying you is attached to that request.

BetterMapIt 使用 Firebase Analytics 与 Firebase Crashlytics 匿名统计功能使用情况（哪些页面被打开、用了哪些工具、AI 搜索是否成功），以及在 App 异常中止时收集崩溃报告。

BetterMapIt uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics solely to count anonymous feature usage (which screens are opened, which tools are used, whether AI search succeeded) and to receive crash reports when the app stops unexpectedly.

采集数据不会与你的 Apple ID、邮箱、姓名或任何账号绑定。我们不收集 IDFA、通讯录或用于分析的精确位置。搜索文本、AI prompt、照片、标记备注永远不会上报给分析服务。

Data collected is not linked to your Apple ID, email, name, or any account. We do not collect IDFA, contacts, or precise location for analytics. Search text, AI prompts, photos, and pin notes are never sent to analytics.

如希望完全停止匿名分析，可卸载本 App。我们尊重 iOS “允许 App 请求跟踪” 的系统级开关 (ATT)。

If you want to opt out entirely, delete the app — there is no in-app toggle in v1.0, but Apple's system-level “Allow Apps to Request to Track” setting still applies (we honor ATT).

BetterMapIt 不使用任何广告 SDK，不在其他 App 或网站之间追踪你，也不与数据经纪商共享任何信息。

BetterMapIt does not use advertising SDKs, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not share data with data brokers.

面向中国大陆用户：根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL），你享有访问、复制、更正、删除及撤回同意等权利。由于 BetterMapIt 数据本地存储、我方服务器不留任何用户账号，删除权可通过卸载 App 行使。

For users in mainland China: under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, your rights include access, copy, correction, deletion, and the right to withdraw consent. Since BetterMapIt stores data locally and we do not maintain any user account on our servers, you can exercise deletion by uninstalling the app.

For matters that require human intervention (e.g. requesting a copy of analytics tied to your install) please contact us via the address below within 15 business days.

BetterMapIt 评级 4+，不主动收集未成年人个人信息。如发现未成年人个人信息被收集，请联系我们删除。

BetterMapIt is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

本政策可能随功能演进更新。顶部“最近更新”日期反映最近一次变更，重大变更将在 App changelog 中说明。

We may update this policy as features evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the app changelog.
